Among them, ultrasonic cleaning is one of the important cleaning methods. Micro bubbles generated in the cleaning fluid through high-frequency vibration are continuously generated and destroyed, and the impact force and locally generated high temperature and high pressure are used to effectively strip away dirt and grease on the surface of parts. This method is very effective and can reach into hard-to-reach parts of parts, ensuring all-round cleaning.

Solution immersion cleaning is also a common method. Spray cleaning uses high-pressure nozzles to accurately spray cleaning agent or water onto the surface of parts, and uses the powerful force of the spray to effectively wash away dirt.

In the final stage of cleaning, in order to avoid possible corrosion caused by residual moisture or an impact on other properties, hot air drying is usually used. Although this is not a direct cleaning step, it is crucial to ensure the quality of cleaning and the subsequent use of the bearing.
