Process flow:
Feeding of conveyor belt → Fiber optic point finding → Gathering and dividing of balls → Ball inspection → Placement of Nibao → Placement of holder → Mechanical arm upper protection detection → Unqualified kick out → Placement of holder → Pre pressing → Riveting pressing → Final inspection → Rejection of non-conforming products → Finished product discharge
Main functions:
Automatically complete the entire set of actions;
Feeding mechanism: bearing automatic feeding, cage string rod feeding;
Fiber optic point finding: Automatically find a suitable space for inserting the ball mold, ensuring that the steel ball is undamaged;
Ball distribution mechanism: plug-in ball collection, needle insertion ball distribution;
Ball distribution detection: missing ball, uneven distribution;
Upper retainer feeding: Use a string rod form for feeding, taking one retainer at a time and placing it above the product;
Upper retainer detection: fewer upper retainers, more upper retainers;
Lower retainer loading: Use a string rod form for loading, taking one retainer at a time and placing it under the product;
Riveting and pressing station: pre bending is carried out by a helical tooth mold, and then formal bending is carried out by a flat tooth mold;
Post press inspection: The bending claw height is not standard, and the cage is deformed, leaking pressure, and the cage is missing;
Equipped with positioning digital display detection and electric touch detection;
The complete machine is easy to replace, meeting the production mode of small batch and multiple varieties;
The special design of the mold that directly contacts the cage and steel ball ensures no damage to the cage and steel ball;
