The proportion of steel ball injuries caused by machines: ≤ 1% (relative to labor ratio)
Measurement of injury ratio: ≤ 1%
Scattering ratio: ≤ 0.5%
Clearance deviation: ≤ 5um, (this indicator refers to the roundness of the inner and outer raceways within s1m)
Paired pairs of inner and outer rings and steel balls: 16 material warehouses and 10 sets of steel balls for each inner and outer ring
Featured features:
Automatic calibration: The standard parts are automatically read in, and when there is a deviation in calibration, an alarm is automatically triggered to stop working. The benchmarking time can be set by the operating staff themselves.
Single ball bottle ball retrieval: 10 sets of steel ball bottles, each with a separate cylinder for ball retrieval. The new structure can greatly reduce the damage to the steel ball during ball retrieval.
Scan code and add ball: Use a scanning gun to scan the QR code or barcode on the steel ball box, and the corresponding steel ball cylinder on the device will automatically open to avoid traditional manual adding of wrong steel balls.
Multi material storage mechanism: The new structure adopts a multi string feeding design with bent claws/rivet retainers, reducing labor and feeding times, improving the overall operating efficiency of the equipment, improving production efficiency while reducing labor costs.
Customized solution for all-in-one machine: The sleeve can be integrated with nylon, crown, bent claw, rivet and other retainers for assembly and clearance detection.
